Rasmus Lerdorf comes to FISL: PHP creator in Porto Alegre

What great news! Yahoo confirmed they’re bringing Rasmus Lerdorf, PHP creator, to FISL 9.0. As a developer who uses PHP at work, it’s a unique opportunity to hear directly from who created the language I use practically every day.

PHP is a language you either love or hate, but you can’t deny it works. It’s behind giant websites, robust frameworks and millions of web applications. Being able to ask direct questions to Rasmus about design decisions, language future and best practices is unmissable.
